Privacy for the CannaRewards website.

This page describes the current privacy posture of the CannaRewards website. It covers the information that may be collected when someone visits the site or contacts the team and how that information may be used to operate and improve the site.

Information

What may be collected.

Hosting providers collect basic request logs. We record page categories, short-lived random browser-session identifiers, form submission attempts and outcomes, and technical error categories. The session identifier is stored in this browser tab and expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. These operational events exclude email addresses, form contents, claim tokens, full URLs, and raw error messages. Submitted contact forms and direct emails separately contain the information you provide.

Use

How the information may be used.

Information may be used to respond to inquiries, operate the site, understand performance, improve messaging, and protect the site from abuse.

Sharing

When information may be shared.

Cloudflare hosts the website. Google Cloud processes operational events, with log retention of 30 days. Aggregate daily reports are retained for 90 days and sent with technical alerts to our private Slack workspace. These reports and alerts do not contain contact-form contents or email addresses. CannaRewards does not sell personal information collected from this website.

This page will change as the product grows.

As analytics, forms, or product workflows expand, CannaRewards updates this page to reflect the website practices in use.
