Request account deletion for the mobile app.
This page explains how to initiate a mobile app account deletion request, what may be removed, what may be retained, and how to contact the team if you need help.
Start in the app
If you can sign in, open Profile, go to Account & privacy, and choose Delete Account. The app asks you to review what deletion means, what may be removed, and what may be kept before you submit the request.
Before submission, the app asks you to type DELETE as a final confirmation. After the secure request is accepted, deletion starts immediately and the app signs you out.
If the app cannot start deletion, it will say so and point you to this page and support. The app should not say deletion has started unless the request has been accepted.
Email fallback
If you cannot sign in or cannot start the request in the app, contact hello@cannarewards.app from an email address connected to the account. Include that you are requesting CannaRewards mobile app account deletion.
What is deleted
The deletion process removes the sign-in account and account-linked profile, preference, location, eligibility, scan, points, rewards, redemption, and support records that are part of the mobile app account, unless a record must be kept for one of the reasons below.
What may be retained
Some records may remain where required.
Security logs, fraud-prevention records, reward or transaction records, audit records, legal records, backup copies, or records already needed for support or compliance work may be retained where necessary.
Retained records are limited to legal, security, fraud-prevention, reward, transaction, audit, backup, support, or operational reasons.
Timing
Deletion starts immediately after a secure signed-in request is accepted. Most account-linked app records are removed through account cleanup; backup copies may remain until overwritten or deleted through ordinary backup cycles.
Active account records may otherwise be retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested or law requires a different period.
