Terms of Service for the CannaRewards mobile app.

Agreement and scope

These Terms apply to the CannaRewards mobile app, app backends, app rewards, app support flows, and app legal pages. The marketing website has separate website-scoped terms.

Operated by Canna Suite LLC. These Terms are between the user and Canna Suite LLC for use of the CannaRewards mobile app in the United States. The current app launch scope is New York, starting in Northern New York.

Canna Suite LLC may update these Terms when the app, rewards, vendors, legal requirements, store requirements, or launch markets change. Continued use after an update means accepting the updated Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

CannaRewards is a loyalty and rewards app for eligible adult users. It is not a cannabis sales, delivery, pickup, reservation, or medical service.

You must be at least 21 years old, be physically located in a market where the app is available, and comply with all cannabis, rewards, and consumer laws that apply to you. The current app geogate is for New York, with initial launch operations focused on Northern New York.

Cannabis remains illegal under U.S. federal law and laws differ by state and locality. You may use the app only where your use of cannabis-related loyalty, rewards, and product-context features is lawful for you.

You are responsible for keeping account, sign-in, age, market, and eligibility information accurate, keeping your credentials secure, and promptly telling support about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless the activity is caused by Canna Suite LLC's systems or by unauthorized access that you could not reasonably prevent.

Canna Suite LLC may suspend, restrict, or terminate account access when needed for legal, safety, security, eligibility, fraud-prevention, operational, support, or policy reasons.

Scans, points, and rewards

Rewards are promotional app features, not cash or property. Scan awards, point balances, rewards, discount codes, and redemption options are controlled by app rules, brand rules, fraud-prevention checks, and availability.

Points, scan awards, balances, reward availability, redemption history, and reward links can change, expire, be corrected, or be unavailable. Points have no cash value and are not property. The app is not a cannabis ordering, reservation, pickup, delivery, or purchase service.

Package scans can be rejected when a code is invalid, malformed, false, inactive, already used, unsupported, expired, not tied to an eligible product or brand, not tied to an issued package claim, or otherwise fails app security checks.

Canna Suite LLC may correct scan records, point awards, balances, redemptions, reward availability, and support records when needed to fix errors, prevent fraud, enforce brand rules, comply with law, or protect app integrity.

Unless Canna Suite LLC says otherwise in writing, points, rewards, codes, and app account benefits may not be sold, transferred, traded, copied, automated, or redeemed outside the intended app flow.

Participating brands, reward partners, external destinations, and app stores may have their own terms, privacy notices, eligibility rules, inventory limits, redemption limits, age checks, market restrictions, and availability limits.

Separate reward or promotion rules may apply.

Specific rewards, promotions, sweepstakes, contests, or brand campaigns may have additional rules, eligibility limits, expiration dates, and sponsor terms. If there is a conflict, the more specific posted reward or promotion rule controls for that reward or promotion.

Cannabis and store-review limits

The app does not sell or facilitate cannabis transactions.

CannaRewards provides loyalty, scan validation, points, rewards, product context, and support workflows. The app is not a dispensary, cannabis marketplace, cannabis ordering service, cannabis reservation service, cannabis delivery service, cannabis pickup service, or medical cannabis advice service.

• App Store and Google Play submission builds may include a read-only Products catalog but do not include cannabis checkout, reservation, pickup, delivery, or dispensary discovery.
• Reward links and external destinations do not let users buy, reserve, arrange pickup, or arrange delivery for cannabis products through the app.
• The app does not provide cannabis health claims, dosing recommendations, medical advice, legal advice, or product safety advice.
• Cannabis remains illegal under U.S. federal law, and users must not use the app to violate federal, state, local, possession, transportation, or age-restriction laws.
• Users remain responsible for following all cannabis, consumer, age, market, possession, transportation, and use laws that apply to them.

No app cart. The store-submission app does not let users order cannabis or arrange cannabis pickup or delivery. Product context and rewards are not medical or legal advice.

User responsibilities

App integrity depends on accurate eligibility information, valid code scans, and honest reward behavior.

Do not misrepresent age, location, eligibility, identity, scan history, product purchase, reward entitlement, or account ownership. Do not copy, sell, tamper with, automate, scrape, reverse engineer, reuse, guess, brute-force, or exploit package codes, claim links, support IDs, app APIs, reward links, or redemption flows.

Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass App Check, bypass age or location checks, interfere with app security, upload malware, attack backends, disrupt service, or use the app in a way that harms Canna Suite LLC, users, brands, partners, or app stores.

Do not submit content, support requests, or account information that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, fraudulent, or harmful to app security or other users.

To the extent allowed by law, you agree to defend and hold Canna Suite LLC harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses caused by your unlawful use of the app, your violation of these Terms, your misuse of scans or rewards, or content you submit.

Services, privacy, and app stores

Authentication, analytics, crash reporting, App Check, backend services, participating brands, reward partners, external destinations, Apple, Google, Firebase, and app stores may have separate terms, privacy notices, eligibility checks, service limits, or availability limits.

• The CannaRewards Privacy Policy explains how app data is collected, used, shared, retained, and deleted.
• Signed-in users can request account deletion from the app, and email support is available when account access is blocked.
• Apple and Google are not sponsors of CannaRewards points, scans, rewards, promotions, or redemptions.
• For users on Apple devices, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms to the extent required by Apple's platform terms.

Rights, limits, and disputes

The app is provided as a loyalty service subject to operational limits. These sections are intended to allocate ordinary app risk to the extent allowed by law. They do not limit rights that cannot legally be limited.

Canna Suite LLC grants eligible users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal loyalty and rewards purposes. Canna Suite LLC and its licensors keep all rights in the app, code, design, brands, content, systems, and service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the app, points, rewards, scans, product context, support flows, and external links are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, reward availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Canna Suite LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from the app, scans, points, rewards, external services, or these Terms.

New York law applies.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent a court forum is required and applicable law allows, disputes will be handled in state or federal courts located in New York.
